Welcome to Senti (“the App”), available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and at getsenti.ai (“the Website”). By downloading, accessing, or using Senti, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Website.

1. Overview

Senti analyzes stock-related discussions from Reddit and YouTube using their public APIs. It processes high-interaction posts using OpenAI to generate a sentiment score (0–10) and a corresponding summary.

2. No Financial Advice

Senti does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

  • All sentiment scores, insights, and summaries are generated for informational and educational purposes only.
  • You should not rely on Senti for making investment decisions.
  • You acknowledge and agree that any actions taken based on content from Senti are at your own risk.
  • Senti, its owners, developers, and affiliates are not responsible for financial outcomes or losses.

3. Use of APIs and Third-Party Content

  • Senti accesses publicly available data through the Reddit API and Youtube (Google) API, which are subject to their respective terms of use.
  • The App does not store, own, or modify third-party content.
  • Sentiment analysis is generated via the OpenAI API, and its outputs may vary in accuracy or tone.
  • Senti is not affiliated with Reddit, YouTube (Google), or OpenAI.

4. Privacy and Data Handling

  • Senti only collects essential personal information for billing, account management, and support.
  • No sensitive personal data is collected or analyzed.
  • You can request deletion of your data via the app or by contacting support.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except where legally required.

5. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
  • Your account is personal and may not be transferred or shared.
  • Senti reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the App.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Senti offers both free and paid subscription plans.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly through the App Store or Google Play and are non-refundable once payment is processed.
  • You may cancel anytime via your App Store or Google Play account settings. Premium access remains until the end of the billing cycle.

7. App Store & Google Play Terms

  • By downloading Senti from the App Store or Google Play, you also agree to their respective terms of service.
  • Apple and Google are not responsible for the content, functionality, or maintenance of this App.
  • All in-app purchases are processed securely through the respective app platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
  • Senti does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of sentiment results.
  • We are not liable for damages, including financial loss, arising from use of the App, whether direct or indirect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, including but not limited to Australia, Canada, the United States, or the United Kingdom, depending on your location.
