Welcome to Senti AI (“Senti”, “the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Mirchandani Labs Pty Ltd (ABN 41 695 770 186). Senti is available via mobile applications and at https://getsenti.ai (“Website”).
By accessing or using Senti, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App or Website.
1. Overview
Senti analyses publicly available stock-related discussions from platforms such as Reddit and YouTube using their APIs. It processes high-interaction content using AI (including OpenAI) to generate a sentiment score (0–10) and a summary.
Sentiment scores are generated using proprietary methodologies and artificial intelligence models and should be interpreted as opinions derived from publicly available information rather than statements of fact.
2. No Financial Advice
Senti does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
All content, sentiment scores, and summaries are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Senti does not take into account your personal financial situation, objectives, or needs.
You should not rely on Senti when making investment decisions. Any actions you take based on Senti are at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senti and its affiliates are not liable for any financial loss or outcomes.
Past sentiment does not indicate future performance. Markets are volatile and unpredictable.
3. Third-Party APIs and Content
Senti uses publicly available data via third-party APIs, including Reddit and YouTube (Google), which are subject to their own terms.
Senti processes and displays publicly available third-party content but does not claim ownership of such content.
Senti is not affiliated with Reddit, YouTube (Google), or OpenAI.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
3A. Explicit & Unfiltered Content
Senti analyses content sourced from third-party platforms. As a result, users may be exposed to content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate.
Such content originates from third parties and is not created or controlled by Senti.
4. Privacy and Data Handling
Senti collects information required to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the App, including account information, subscription information, usage analytics, approximate location information, and device identifiers where applicable.
We do not collect sensitive personal information.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
You may request deletion of your data at any time.

5. User Accounts
Accounts are personal and must not be shared or transferred.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to Senti where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, or address misuse.
We do not guarantee that Senti will operate uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from delays.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Senti offers free (“Freemium”) and paid (“Premium”) subscription plans, each with different features and usage limits.
Paid subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Stripe to charge the applicable subscription fees using your selected payment method.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing period. Users may manage or cancel their subscription through the Senti app, which may redirect them to Stripe’s customer portal to complete the cancellation process.
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe’s applicable privacy practices and terms.
7. Service Availability and Changes
Senti may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. Features dependent on third-party APIs may change or become unavailable.
Senti relies on third-party services, including YouTube and Reddit APIs, which may impose usage limits, quotas, outages, or other restrictions beyond our control. While we continuously optimise and monitor our systems to minimise disruption, there may be rare occasions where certain features are temporarily limited or unavailable due to such third-party constraints.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in Senti, including software, branding, and design, is owned by Mirchandani Labs Pty Ltd, excluding third-party content.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Senti is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Senti.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirements.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
